Legal Fees

I am committed to transparency in all elements of my practice, including legal fees.

All cases are priced at a flat fee, meaning you will know the total cost for your case before agreeing to work with me. 

Because each immigration case is unique, the total cost of legal fees can only be provided after an initial consultation.

I aim to be as understanding as possible when navigating payment expectations. 

Immigration cases, especially Immigration Court representation can be costly. Because of this, full payment at the beginning of a case is often unrealistic. Payment plans in monthly installments are available upon discussion.
