HATFIELD IMMIGRATION

There's a lot of things you can call Kelsey Hatfield, but boring isn't one of them.

 

Hatfield Immigration opened its doors on January 9, 2025, completely (sort of)  by accident.

 

Kelsey's legal career has focused exclusively on immigration law since her first year of law school. By late 2024, her resume featured a long tenure at a nonprofit organization, an overly dramatic, life changing health crisis which forced her to take almost a year away from practicing law, and a return to practice in the private sector. After being exposed to the problems and drawbacks in the currently existing legal models, Kelsey, in typical style, decided she would fix it herself.

Cue a series of events which gave her the freedom to test this theory as a "part-time" practice. Never dare Kelsey to do anything if you don't want it to happen. Bank accounts were opened, malpractice insurance secured, accountants throughly confused, and a law practice was born. The part-time aspect proved not so part time from day one.

Almost two years in, so far, so good. Sometimes, crazy works.
